What the extension does

IgnoClean reads Netflix subtitle tracks inside your browser to mute words you configure. All processing happens locally on your computer. The extension does not record, copy or transmit video, audio or images.

Data sent to our servers

• Your license code, to validate your plan.
• Your settings (sound, languages, active profile) and your word lists, to sync them across devices.
• When a session ends: the title you watched, how many words were blocked and the minutes protected, to show them in your own dashboard. Never the content of what you watched.
• If you report it: the title and minute where a block was late, to improve accuracy.

What we do NOT do

• We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
• We do not read your Netflix account, browsing history or other tabs.
• We do not show advertising.

Storage and deletion

Your account data is stored on Ignotek servers. You can delete your words and profiles from the portal at any time, and request full account deletion by writing to rmorales@ignotek.com. Uninstalling the extension deletes everything stored locally in your browser.
